Processing
Orders are processed within one business day of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our atelier.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is on its way, the tracking link in your confirmation email will keep you informed every step of the journey.

International Shipping
We ship Santovello worldwide. International delivery times depend on the destination country and any local customs processing. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not eligible for refund.
Damaged or Missing Items
Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Damage to outer packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the item inside is intact. If your package is lost or shows signs of carrier mishandling, please open a claim with the carrier within 7 days of the reported delivery date.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, processing and shipping begin automatically and we are no longer able to make changes.
